Here, you’ll encounter horses up close, spot native wildlife like wallabies and wombats at dusk, and enjoy easy access to natural wonders such as Somersby Falls, Mount Penang Gardens, and Walkabout Wildlife Sanctuary.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home, offering the best Central Coast accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Guests will have access to the tiny home and the surrounding areas. The only restrictions are areas that are fenced or closed.

What's more, our farm stay is set on a gentle hill, offering views of horse paddocks where wallabies and wombats make nightly appearances, giving you an authentic regional experience.

Our local recommendations:
-Brisbane Water National Park is a mix of ancient rock art, lush rainforests, and sweeping ocean views. Wander along hidden trails to see Aboriginal carvings, or take the Piles Creek Loop for suspension bridge crossings and dramatic sandstone cliffs.

- Somersby Falls in Brisbane Water National Park is a 0.8 km round-trip trail offering views of cascading waterfalls surrounded by lush rainforest. The trail includes lookouts with views of all three waterfall tiers, especially striking after rainfall.

- Mount Penang Gardens offers 8 hectares of Australian flora, sculptural pathways, and themed garden rooms, including towering bottle trees, cactus gardens, and vibrant aquatic displays.

- Barrenjoey Lighthouse combines rugged coastal views with historic charm. With the chance to spot whales in season and guided tours available, the steep but rewarding hike to the lighthouse reveals panoramic vistas of Palm Beach and Pittwater.

By Flight:
- Nearest airport is Sydney Airport. From there, it’s about a 50-minute drive to the property.
- Uber or car rental is recommended for direct access from the airport, as there’s no direct public transport available to the location.

Other Things to Note:
NOTICE: Our property is a horse farm, and as such, we have a multitude of horses for the guests to pet and take photos with.

- Children are not allowed. There is bushland and unfenced waterways.
- Wifi is not available
- Timber BBQ Grill is available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking inside the tiny home; only outside
- Mobile reception has good signals for all telco lines
- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:
- No fires are allowed during total fire bans
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
