Whether you’re looking for peace, adventure, or a chance to reconnect with nature, our farmhouse offers a relaxing setting to refresh your spirit. Enjoy nightly campfires, bike rentals, and a playground for children to enjoy.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home perched on a scenic viewpoint, offering easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking essentials, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower.

If you plan to spend your tiny house NSW getaway here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and the surrounding areas. If you're interested in bike rentals, please contact the host 24 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to arrange them for you.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

The tiny hosue sits in the peaceful locality of Gurrundah, just 1 hour from Canberra and 2 hours away from Sydney. Need to restock? The nearest regional city, Goulburn, is only a 30-minute drive away, located in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales.

Getting Around:
By car:
- 30 min from Goulburn city center.

By public transport:
- We recommend guests travel by private vehicle for easy access to other attractions.

- No Wifi is available
- Fire BBQ Grill is available
- Firewood provided for free
- Pets are allowed with prior notice
- No uninvited guests or visitors allowed
- No drinking water to offer. Bring your own food and drinking water
- Telstra & Optus have signal; others no signal
- Rain water is provided but not suitable for drinking.
- No smoking inside the tiny home, except in designated areas
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Pets Policy
- Pets should be kept on lead at all times
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out, courtesy of other guests
- Further information, including restrictions and reminders, will be provided after booking

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
