The ideal farm stay NSW getaway, located on a small plateau with its own micro-climate where you can feel the cool misty mornings and beautiful star-filled nights—home to a variety of native birds and other wildlife such as wombats and kangaroos.
Conveniently located 1 km from Wollombi Village at Hunter Valley's border, where you can enjoy the scenic walking trails, restaurants and cafes, local artisans, and more.
The Space:
Located at the entrance to the main property and set back in a secluded area to ensure your well-deserved privacy, surrounded by native bushland, gum trees, and rock formations that blend into the landscape. A comfortable Wollombi accommodation close to Tabu Restaurant, Noyce Wines, Wollombi Tavern, Myrtle and Stone Wollombi, and Pokolbin State Forest are just a few of the attractions available.
Complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, using tank water and including a waterless eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except the land host's private residence or main property. The main property is fully fenced and we ask that our guests do not come on to the main property unless invited to do so.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.
Other Things to Note:
- Wifi is available
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We also have rescue dogs separated by a fence from the tiny house, all of which are friendly but may bark when they first meet you
Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grill and outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- Please note that the tiny house is located about 50 metres from a cottage that is rented out privately on a permanent basis
