This eco-friendly yurt is located a 15-minute drive away from Stanthorpe, Queensland, and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Guests will really feel at one with nature during their stay as drinking water is collected and treated in rainwater tanks, and power is provided from the property’s solar panels.

In the bedroom, guests will find a queen-size bed, fitted with an electric blanket, as well as a flat-screen TV and a fan with a remote control. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that pulls out, in order to accommodate an additional two guests. All towels and linens are provided by the hosts.

The interior of the yurt is light and bright. The living room has comfortable furniture and a log fire, as well as a flat-screen TV for entertainment in the evenings. The dining room has a table which seats four. The kitchenette is fitted with all the essentials that will allow guests to prepare a lovely meal to share, including a cooker, a microwave, a small fridge, and a toaster.

Guests will share a small, cultivated garden with fellow glampers from the neighboring yurt, and are encouraged to take a stroll through the property’s expansive grounds, which are really what makes this property special.

The yurt's property is situated on five acres of land and looks out onto some of the best wineries of the Granite Belt. Guests are invited to admire the lovely trees and flowers that have been carefully cultivated to add some magic to this property. There is a nearby general store, bakery, coffee shop, and plenty of charming spots to grab breakfast in the immediate surroundings of the property.

This area of Queensland is famous for its vineyards and wineries, and with good reason! There are over 45 high-quality wineries in the Ballandean and Stanthorpe area alone, and guests will love taking part in one of the many guided tours that that will pick guests up from the doorstep of their accommodation. Girraween and Sundown National Parks have some fabulous landscapes that hikers are sure to love, and the property is also very close to a number of golf courses, including Stanthorpe Golf Course. For guests who prefer water-based activities, a trip to Storm King Dam for some boating or fishing would also be a great option.
