The Space:
The property is secluded and quiet that offers guests a comfortable stay with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a sofa bed on the ground floor, which can be converted to single bed size. Aesthetically designed with southern-inspired interiors and modern studio-style decors to make vacationers feel at home.

The kitchenette has everything you need to cook your light meals with. A portable cooker, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes & silverware, a microwave and even a mini fridge. The portable cooker can be kept in the drawers when not in use to maximize space.

We have a full bathroom with a flush toilet, basin, and shower. Water is gas heated for your use.

Important Note:
For your convenience the toilet and wastewater is pumped to a septic system, so please ensure only toilet paper supplied is flushed into the toilet.

The pump and disposal lines will block if other waste is flushed such as tampons, pads etc.. So please dispose of this waste into the rubbish bins provided.

Guest Access:
Guest will have vehicular access to the tiny house and it's surrounding areas, except "The Bungalow", shed and immediate areas are private. Please take note that guests are advised to stay on cleared areas & paths.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

Other Things to Note:
- No wifi
- Good mobile reception
- No pets allowed in the property.
- Do not leave rubbish outside overnight.
- Please remove rubbish on departure.
- No smoking inside, except in designated areas.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity sleeps only 2.
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
- Guests are requested to ring the Host when onboard the Ferry to ensure the Hosts availability on arrival
- Return Ferry tickets are purchased at the ticket booth entering the Ferry carpark (Ferries sail every 20mins 6.50am – 7pm)
- As shopping for food & fuel on Bruny Island is limited guests are advised to stock up before crossing to the Island at Kingston (Coles & Woolworths), Margate & Snug (IGA)
- Firewood is free for first tub and costs $14 per tub for every succeeding tub thereafter to be paid directly to the land host
- Capsules for the coffee machine are Nescafé Dolce Gusto

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in North Bruny Island, Tasmania, 7150. The small beachfront is ‘Banyula Cove’ and the extended waterfront is ‘Half Moon Bay’ forming the eastern shore of ‘Quarantine Bay’. Bruny is an interesting island with numerous attractions, therefore, brochures & maps etc will be provided in the tiny house or from the land host. The only vehicular access to Banyula Cove is through the property from the Tiny House.

Getting Around:
By car: Private transport or hire car (Hobart & Airport) is required both to and from Bruny and to get around the Island.

By public transport: No public transport is available on Bruny Island.
