Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Dogs are allowed, but they must remain outside in a fully fenced-in running area on the property. There are also secure dog pens. Food and water bottles can be provided by the hosts. Guests must provide a current vaccination certificate before arriving at the property.

Horse agistment and boarding are available at the property for $15 a day in the yards or $20 a day in the stable. Guests must provide health certificates for tetanus and strangles, as well as have the horse's worming up-to-date.

Children under 12 years old have a reduced rate.

There is a special for mid-week rentals, from Monday to Thursday; for four nights booked, guests will only pay for three nights. This only applies to groups of two people or more.

The normal minimum night stay is two nights, including weekends and long weekends. For the Kelpie Festival weekend, there is a three-night minimum stay for a minimum of four adults.
