About this place
Situated within an easy drive from the heart of the Grampians, we offer an ideal location to relax whilst taking in the beauty of the majestic Mountain Ranges. We can assist in planning your day trips around the Grampians and Wimmera Mallee regions with maps and local knowledge!
The Space:
The tiny house is located in a caravan park in Dadswells Bridge. You can rest and enjoy comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save the environment.

4WD
We can provide copies of local 4WD tracks, tried, tested and mapped out by guests from the ‘No Crap’ 4WD club! Clubs can enjoy the huge spaces of our park to set up camp in large groups based around in-ground fire pits.
Other Things to Note:
- Wifi is available
- Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra in some parts of the property
- No smoking inside, except in designated smoking areas
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics
- Don’t forget to close windows and lock doors when leaving the house.
