The Space:
The accommodation is set on farmland approximately a 15 archer block from the Inman Valley River, which runs alongside the tiny house with farm animals such as sheep, a cow, an emu, and alpacas that you can feed during your visit. The ultimate farm stay, with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except for the land host's private residence. If you need urgent help or medical attention, please contact your host via message or call.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have farm animals and pets on the property
- Upon arrival, guests will get a safety briefing from the land host
- Don't forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Some spaces are shared and please be advised that there is another tiny house on the property

Pets Policy
- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after pet feces
- We recommend that you bring your pet's bed, bowl, and basic needs with you during your stay
- Please take note to inform your host 24 hrs before arrival if you plan to bring your pets to our property

Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban. Kindly leave the BBQ grill clean when you check-out.
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
