Canoeing, fishing, water skiing, wakeboarding & jet skiing, bushwalking, and hiking in the summer, and snow sports like skiing and snowboarding in the winter are just a few of the activities available at Howes Creek—Mt. Buller, Lake Eildon, and Burnt Creek are just a short drive from the property.

The Space:
A tranquil setting surrounded by wide-open grasslands and natural forests. The ideal country stay accommodation set on 2 1/2 acres of property with native wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, and birdlife to keep you company.

Awe-inspiring natural beauty with waterfalls, lakes, mountains, and everything else Howes Creek and the surrounding areas have to offer. It's a comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save the environment.

If you plan to spend your getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, which include an outdoor open fire and their own private space. However, guests are always free to chat with their land hosts.

If you require assistance, please contact your land host via message/call before visiting the main residence on the property. Please keep in mind that the main house and private shed are off-limits to guests without prior permission from the land host.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

- Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am
- Reasonable reception available through Aussie Broadband WiFi
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra and average signal for Optus and Vodafone
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Firewood costs xxx per xxx
- Don't forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)

Pets Policy
- Please inform your host if you plan to bring your pets to our property at least 24 hours prior to arrival
- Only fully house-trained pets are allowed
- Pets are allowed and are limited to only one dog or cat
- Dogs are welcome but not allowed on beds or sofas, and must kept on leash at all times.
- Pets are free to roam the property with guest overseeing, however please consider the native wildlife.
- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guest

Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay

If you're interested in taking public transport, a winter bus service is available to and from Mt Buller. Ski-hire equipment is also available on and off the mountain.

Keep in mind to talk with your land host if you plan to explore the place so they can direct you to your desired destination.
