Welcome to the ultimate farm stay set on a peaceful 14-acre olive farmland and a 4-acre lavender farm nestled in the lake districts of Swan Hill and Gannawarra Shire It is set on 130-acre farmland, where you can enjoy a walk around the property and see our lovely African daisies.

The Space:
This accommodation is the ideal farm stay Victoria getaway with farm tours, craft classes, and farm animals like our donkeys, goat, and sheep to keep you company. Swan Hill Laser Light Show, Murray Downs Golf Course Swan Hill, Murray River National Park, and Pioneer Settlement are just few of the nearby attractions.

A recommended Lake Boga accommodation with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please take note that this tiny house is an off-grid unit that runs on solar energy. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary.
Overall, minimal consumption is advised to prevent power outages when using solar power

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and all the grove, farmland, and farm shop. Except for the land host's private residence and sheds.

Guests can purchase supplies from the shop for breakfast, and lunch, picnic hampers, wine, and blankets on request. We also have lavender essential oil distilling, soap making, lavender wreath making, and other craft classes for everyone to enjoy.

If you're interested in attending our local horse event, guests are welcome to bring their horses overnight to be stabled in the round yard.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

This is the ideal Lake Boga accommodation, located in Swan Hill, in the Mallee region of north-west Victoria. Where you can go for lakeside walks, water sports, picnics, and other activities.

- No smoking allowed inside the tiny house. Smoking is only allowed on the property with proper disposal of cigarette butts
- Our farm is completely and off-grid so make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers) to avoid running out of power at night.

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay. Please be aware of snakes and do not walk in long grass.
