The Blackwood River is full of plenty of fish, and it is mainly known for King George Whiting and black bream fish, as well as crabs when they are in season. Also, the river is clean and swim-friendly, so guests should bring bathing suits and hop into the water to enjoy the refreshing river, relieving themselves of the Western Australia heat. Or, guests can stay on the houseboat and watch as the ecosystem of the river unfolds, from the birds in the sky to the animals along the river banks and the fish in the river.
