This historic Australia holiday rental provides a true outback experience in Western Australia. The rental was designed by Priest Architect Monsignor John Hawes, who designed and built many churches in the Midwest of Western Australia, and only this private residence. The vacation rental is even on the Heritage List and is a great example of Inter-War architecture, with strong Spanish influences. There are three bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. Downstairs, is the communal living space, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a large fireplace and comfortable seating, with a library of books and board games to choose from. The hosts join guests for dinner around the table, for a wholesome, home-cooked meal. Outside, guests can enjoy the fresh air on the wrap-around porch and play tennis on the clay courts.

Guests will feel totally at home when they stay at this property. There is a full kitchen and dining room for guests to use. This Western Australia outback property also has a wrap-around veranda on three sides where they can put their feet up and enjoy the landscape.

Six hours north of Perth and two hours east of Geraldton, the town of Yalgoo is full of character and rich in history with the most beautiful outback summers. Founded in the 1890s when gold was discovered in the region, Yalgoo remains well preserved with plenty of reminders of its colonial past. Guests have the opportunity to escape from their routine and explore where the Australian outback truly begins.

When guests are here, they can do anything and everything. The town is rich in history and there is much to explore around the old settlement. The Yalgoo Heritage Trail will take guests through sites like the old railway station, the former police station, store, hospital, and many other historical sites. There are also plenty of opportunities through hikes and tours throughout the outback, should guests be interested exploring further inland. Other guests, if they feel don't mind the drive, can head to Geraldton and visit the beach. Guests also have access to the clay tennis courts on the property, as well as racquets and balls.
