The vacation rental is even on the Heritage List and is a great example of Inter-War architecture, with strong Spanish influences. There are three bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. Downstairs, is the communal living space, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a large fireplace and comfortable seating, with a library of books and board games to choose from. The hosts join guests for dinner around the table, for a wholesome, home-cooked meal. Outside, guests can enjoy the fresh air on the wrap-around porch and play tennis on the clay courts.
