Location + Surroundings

Nestled among peaceful pine trees on the shores of the Salish Sea, this glamping site is located in Campbell River, British Columbia, in the rugged northwestern region of Vancouver Island. The surrounding landscape is nothing short of spectacular, presenting guests with a breathtaking array of pristine forests, tree-covered hills, craggy bluffs, snow-capped mountains, and tranquil ocean water.

The actual river from which the town of Campbell River gets its name lies 19 kilometers to the south. In the region surrounding it, guests will find many points of interest, including Big Rock, the Haig-Brown Kingfisher Creek Heritage Property, the Campbell River Art Gallery, the Museum at Campbell River, Discovery Passage Aquarium, the Discovery Fishing Pier, Elk Falls Provincial Park, and Strathcona Provincial Park.

The site is about one and a half hours from Nanaimo, three hours from Victoria, and four hours from Vancouver (ferry transit included). Guests can also fly into the area via the Campbell River Airport.
