Fully Equipped Kitchen and Comfortable Living Area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 2-burner cooktop, a mini-fridge with a separate freezer, and all the essentials to cook your favorite meals. After a day of exploring, unwind on the comfortable couch (which can also double as a bed for an additional guest). Enjoy your meals at the handcrafted live-edge bar top or the outdoor dining area while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

The cabin is situated on a 10-acre park-like property, with multiple cozy seating areas throughout. Relax by the pond, enjoy the ocean view from our outdoor table, or take a moment to unwind on a bench along the loop trail through the woods. Our peaceful surroundings provide the perfect space for reflection, relaxation, and connection with nature.

Our Peacock Cabin is ideally located for those who love to explore. Just minutes away from Smuggler Cove Provincial Park and scenic hiking trails with waterfalls, you’ll have endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. The nearest beach is only a short drive away, and you can easily reach Sechelt (20 minutes) and Madeira Park (15 minutes), making this cabin rental an excellent base for exploring the Sunshine Coast.

The Peacock Cabin offers the best of both worlds—nature and comfort. Although it's semi-off-grid, it’s fully functional with solar-powered lighting and other modern amenities, including electricity and wifi.

Free parking for one vehicle. Coastal Rides (https://coastalrides.ca/) is a ride-share service for guests without a car. Easy access to trails, beaches, and outdoor adventures. A hot outdoor shower (available in 3 seasons) and a clean compost toilet are just steps away.

PETS: We allow one well-behaved pet per stay, with an additional $40.00 fee. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
