At the rental, glampers can start the morning with a full home-cooked breakfast and a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the water, then take fishing gear or kayaks and canoes down to the riverbank and take off for the day. The Skeena River is renowned for its world-class salmon and steelhead fishing, as well as its breathtaking alpine waterways and lakes branching off from the main river, perfect for exploring from a rowboat or a motorboat.
Hikers, mountain bikers, and cross-country skiers will also enjoy the many provincial parks in the area, which they can visit on their own or with a guide. Sleeping Beauty Mountain, Hai Lake Mount Herman, and Kitsumkalum Provincial Parks all boast a large network of hiking trails with varying levels of difficulty, as well as large indigenous wildlife populations that visitors can see throughout the year.
