This cozy family cottage is located on Lang Lake, near Espanola, in Ontario. Perfect for a family vacation, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, and the space can accommodate up to five guests. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single on the top. Pillows and blankets are provided, and towels and linens can be hired for an extra fee.

In the cozy, open-space plan living area there are plenty of large windows letting in lots of natural light, a comfy sofa and chairs, and a satellite TV. There is also a propane fireplace to warm up on a cool evening. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and various cooking utensils and dishes. In the morning guests can enjoy a fresh coffee on the large wooden dining table by using the handy coffeemaker or cook a light breakfast with the toaster.

Other amenities and facilities include a range of hirable fishing and boat equipment, winter sports sessions, day trips, and sauna and hot tub access on site.

Outside, guests can step straight out onto the deck to relax on the outdoor furniture and take in the beautiful lake views. Al fresco meals can easily be prepared on the propane BBQ, and there is a personal dock for boats. Only a step outside and guests can enjoy acres of grassy or snowy land in the winter, perfect for winter sports of all levels.

Guests can prepare an al fresco meal on the outdoor barbeque and grill, or roast marshmallows over the fire pit while relaxing on the outdoor furniture. There is access to a fabulous hot tub and a sauna, as well as Wi-Fi and direct access to the lake for swimming. There are also magazines and books for lending for extra comfort. Personal boat docks are available to all guests.

At Lang Lake, guests can rent a boat or a motor to take to the waters. Fishing is a popular activity in this area where guests can find trout, walleye, pike, smallmouth, and largemouth bass. Around the river, there are many hiking and mountain biking trails, which can be explored all year round. In the winter months, snowmobiling is a popular sport around the river, which is enjoyed just off the property. Just a few steps from the door of the property, guests can access thousands of kilometers of groomed trails covered in snow.

In the surrounding Ontario area, guests can visit McLean's Mountain to see a panoramic view of the La Cloche Mountains and the North Channel. The famous Cup and Saucer Hike Trail is available to explore nearby, and the nearby Misery Bay Nature Reserve is a unique spot for nature lovers. In nearby Espanola and Sudbury, there are plenty of options for an exciting day trip from museums and art galleries, to unique cafes and restaurants.
