This lakeside, dog-friendly cottage rental is tucked away on the shores of Lake Peninsula in Huntsville, Ontario, and is ideal for a group of friends or family looking for an unforgettable getaway far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With four bedrooms and one bathroom, the cottage can accommodate up to eight guests.

One bedroom is located on the main floor, while the other three bedrooms are located upstairs. The rooms have either a queen-size bed, a full-size bed, or two twin beds. These can be switched around in order to find the needs of each glamping party. The bathroom has a combination shower and bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. All linens and towels are provided.

In the living room, guests will find a splendid stone fireplace, a flat-screen TV complete with satellite channels, and two comfortable sofas where guests can curl up with a good book or take an afternoon nap. The fully equipped kitchen has everything glampers need to whip up delicious home-cooked meals.

Outside, there is plenty of parking, along with a rolling lawn where children can run around and play. Guests can also wander the stunning grounds and head down to the shores of Lake Peninsula and enjoy the private beach.

This lakeside retreat has everything guests need for an unforgettable stay. There are 1,300 feet of sandy lakeshore which makes it perfect for small kids. The hosts offer many kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, or rowboats free of charge to use on the lake. During the summer, there is tennis, basketball, volleyball, and badminton available. In the winter, guests can enjoy the ice skating rink on the lake.

The host also provides fine linens and plush towels. Each accommodation features a flat-screen TV for entertainment. This rental features air conditioning and heating. Furthermore, guests have access to the main lodge, which features a shared lounge and has Wi-Fi throughout. There, guests will also find a communal laundry room to keep all their belongings clean.

Tucked away in the gorgeous wilderness of Ontario, enjoying the great outdoors is a must when staying at this wonderful glamping site. Water sports lovers can head to the shores of Peninsula Lake where they will be able to kayak or canoe before diving into the crisp waters and spending the afternoon soaking up the sun. Keen fishermen can also cast their lines in Peninsula Lake and try to reel in lake trout and pike. Nature enthusiasts can head to Arrowhead Provincial Park or Algonquin Provincial Park where they will be able to hike or bike through the rugged terrain before sitting down for a lovely picnic lunch and heading back to the property to play a game of basketball. In the winter, glampers can snowmobile through the snow-covered terrain and explore the surrounding area or take a sleigh ride. Glampers can also head to Hidden Valley Highlands where they will be able to ski or snowboard down the powdery slopes before heading home to sip on hot cocoa.
