The cottage comes with two bedrooms: one of which has a queen-size bed and windows with water views and the second which has a bunk bed with a double bed on both the top and bottom bunk. The full bathroom comes equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Linens and towels are not provided.
Guests will also find a spacious living and dining room area. A television with satellite TV is provided, as well as Wi-Fi and baseboard heating throughout the cottage. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, a refrigerator, a stove, and all necessary cookware and tableware.
Outside, there is a private deck with a glass railing, a gas barbecue (with propane provided), and a private fire pit.

There are complimentary kayaks, canoes, and a paddle boat for guests to use. In addition, guests can fish from the dock or play a game of volleyball, badminton, or horseshoes on-site.
When guests arrive at their accommodation, there will be a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap.
Guests can rent an ice fishing hut for $45 CAD per person mid-week and $50 CAD per person on the weekends.
There is the option to rent a motor boat (a deposit and license are required) for $80-$100 CAD per day, depending on the boat. There is a $5 CAD per day to dock a boat.

There is no shortage of outdoor activities to partake in while on vacation at this resort in the District of Muskoka. Right on site, guests can relax at the property's beach or on the water, as kayaks, canoes, and a paddle boat are provided for guests to use. In addition, they can fish right from the dock or play a game of volleyball, badminton, or horseshoes. Fishing, in fact, is one of the most popular activities in this area, both on the property and off.
Off-site, the Algonquin Provincial Park is a stunning natural wonder to explore on foot, particularly in the fall when the leaves are changing colors. In winter, there are a number of great snowmobile trails for guests to ride on; access to Trail #33 can be found right at the property. In addition, wintertime brings the option of ice skating and cross-country skiing on the lake, and the nearby parks have a number of trails and events to partake in. There are excellent skiing and snowboarding opportunities at just 35 minutes away from the property, too.
Moreover, guests will also find nearby zip-lining, sunset cruises, ATV tours, horseback riding, jetski jet pack experiences, snowmobile safaris, and steamboat cruises all on offer.

In summer, all bookings must be from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year, there is a minimum night stay of two nights—with the exception of holidays and holiday weekends, which have a three-night minimum stay. If there is availability, the hosts will consider shorter stays; please inquire with the hosts, if interested.
Guests may be asked to pay a security deposit upon check-in, which will be refunded in its entirety at the end of the stay if there are no damages.
