This cottage is located in Lanaudière, more precisely in Chertsey, 50 minutes from Montreal. You'll have a breathtaking view of Lac Lili from the chalet.
You'll have access to Lac Lili, a completely natural headwater lake with no motorboats. It's a magnificent lake with pure, clear water.
SPA
When it starts snowing, it's advisable to have a 4x4 or AWD car, or good winter tires for a normal car, as there's a slope to climb to reach Lac Lili. We are not responsible for any problems caused.

Parties are prohibited. Excessive noise detection devices are installed inside and outside the chalet. We want to keep a good relationship with our neighbors.

Security deposit
Please note that this host will request a credit card for a security deposit of $1k and a signed rentals agreement outside of the platform. This is required to book and the host will not provide check-in details until this requirement is met. It is automatically released after your departure if there are no complications in the establishment. Thank you for your understanding.
Rules for Dog Friendly
We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours.
๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)
