Scenic views
This safari tent is located in Xiaodifang Village in the Tengchong County region of Yunnan Province, China. The glamping site to which it belongs is set on an elevated, 1,000-meter-long canopy walkway that runs along the edge of a lush forest in the Gaoligong Mountains, where it is situated near the Gaoligongshan National Nature Reserve.

Encompassing more than a million acres of mountains, valleys, and lowlands filled with a range of temperate to tropical forests, the nature reserve holds the triple distinction of being a Protected Area of the World Wildlife Fund, a World Biosphere Reserve, and a World Heritage Site of UNESCO. The reserve safeguards an astounding degree of biodiversity, with 205 species of wildlife, 525 species of birds, 49 species of fish, and 2,514 species of plants living inside it. Chinese pangolins, rhesus monkeys, Hoolock gibbons, stump-tailed macaques, red pandas, Indochinese leopards, and golden eagles are just some of the many notable species that inhabit the reserve.

The site is about an hour from Baoshan and 90 minutes from Tengchong, where guests will find the nearest airports. Shuttle services are available from both airports to the glamping site.
