Nestled on Colombia’s biggest lake, this cabin allows glampers to get back in touch with nature without forgoing the comforts of home. Inside, glampers can choose from a queen-size bed for two, or additional beds to sleep up to five glampers. The cabin features a private bathroom as well as linen and towels.

In the morning, glampers can kick-start the day with a delicious breakfast included in the stay. The glamping property boasts plenty to do, so glampers can enjoy exciting recreation without having to travel to far. Action-packed sports on the lake include windsurfing, water skiing, and kite skiing, while those who prefer a leisurely pace can rent a boat or a kayak and cruise along the water. Furthermore, there are plenty of hiking and walking trails, and the lake is home to over 145 bird species, making it a top spot for bird watching.

After a busy day out, glampers can enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony or a simmering hot chocolate before retiring for the evening. There is a campfire area, perfect for gathering around the crackling fire, socializing, or roasting marshmallows. There is also a restaurant on site.

This wonderful accommodation is nestled on Laguna de Tota and provides easy access to an array of outdoor recreation to suit any nature enthusiast. Lake Tota is the biggest lake in Colombia and home to over 145 bird species, of which several are threatened or endangered. The network of walking trails are great for bird watching and offer scenic vistas for budding photographers. Additionally, glampers can rent a boat, embark on trout fishing adventures, glide along the water on a kayak, and enjoy action-packed sports such as water skiing, kite-skiing, and wake-boarding.

There are several hiking trails from the town Sogamosa, which lead hikers to the 300-year-old town of Mongui. Here, glampers can admire the monastery built in the 18th century, the Basilica, the old town square, and the storied Calicanto bridge.
