The first bedroom is the main floor master and has a king-size bed, a large spa tub, and a large tiled shower with a bench. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a futon.

The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom also has a queen-size bed, along with two bunk beds. The fifth, and final, bedroom has a sofa bed and a floor mattress to accommodate additional guests. In each bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a tiled shower or bathtub. In the living room, guests will find a comfortable sofa suite with Direct TV. The property has space for large groups to congregate, as well as smaller nooks for relaxation and peace.
