One-Bedroom, One-Bathroom Cottage Rental on a 250-Acre Cattle Farm near Appalachian Trail
This renovated cottage rental sleeps two guests and is located on a cattle farm near the Appalachian Trail in Virginia. This cottage is fully furnished with one bedroom, one full bathroom, a living area, and a partially equipped kitchen. In the living area there is a cozy couch with plush pillows, and the kitchen contains a screen door that leads directly into the beautiful backyard. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, a two burner stove, and a toaster. Linens and towels are provided by the host.
This cottage rental is air-conditioned and equipped with wifi.
On the 250-acre cattle farm, guests will find several Adirondack chairs and picnic tables in the shade of the trees, perfect for lazy afternoon lunches or for morning coffee. Guests will also find a small chicken house, rolling hayfields, a long, woodland path, and a pond with a wooden deck. There are several horses who graze in the pasture outside of their beautiful stable as well as a 30 to 40 head black Angus cow/calf operation.
