SPRING: Peach bloom (timing is weather dependent, lasts 1 week, typically in March); Apple bloom (timing is whether dependent, lasts 1 week, typically late March or early April)

SUMMER: Peaches – Late June to end of August; Nectarines – Second week of July to end of August; U-pick zinnias & cosmos, sunflowers

FALL: Apples – First week of September to Halloween. Fresh-picked apples in the market, also apple cider slush, apple cider donuts, u-pick mum field, u-pick autumn sunflowers, u-pick mums & pumpkin patch

WINTER: Peaceful season. Great for winter hikes in the woods. Snow or ice on the fruit trees is a magical sight.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM.
Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: Pets are absolutely not allowed at this property.
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 full roll of paper towels.
Wayne and Michelle are 5th generation owner/operators of the 150-year-old farm. They believe locally grown food, sharing farming practices, and providing beautiful spaces to connect people with family farms will bind people to the American farm families and their contributions to feeding our country. They have come to learn good food creates community, extended family and togetherness.

Tour the Farm Grounds- Wander through the orchards, enjoy a stroll through the flower fields when in bloom, or admire the historic barns that have stood the test of time. Historical archives are found throughout the cottage and grounds- showcasing the rich history of this unique agricultural ecosystem and it's impact throughout the last 150 years.

Visit the Farm Market - Shop seasonal produce like juicy peaches, crisp apples, and locally made goods from the region's finest artisans and makers, summer and fall.

Cut Your Own Flowers- In the warmer months, guests are invited to enjoy the U-Pick Flower Fields, where you can cut your own fresh bouquet straight from the field.

Collect Eggs- Visit the on-site chicken coop and gather your own fresh eggs each morning. (Beginning July)

Pondside Peach- Sip coffee on the porch swing overlooking the pond or throw a line in and see what bites.

Golf Cart Exploring- Add-on the four-seater golf cart to explore the farm grounds and discover tucked-away photo spots or quiet places to watch the sunset.

Evenings by the Fire- Wind down around the fire pit under the stars. Clear country skies and a provided telescope make this a stargazer's dream.
