Overly looking Cross Lake on 3 acres of shared shoreline, we've carved out a guest suite inspired by train stations of old. Industrial style sealed cement floors, exposed beams, and everything you need for a home away from home.
Stay and enjoy the provided kayaks or snow covered hills depending on the season, or explore the dozens of State Parks & Forests nearby. Pine City is filled w/great restaurants & wineries, cideries, & breweries surround the area. Longer term tenants live up stairs, you can hear when they are home, but living quarters are fully separated & quiet hours are enforced b/w 10pm & 7am. Close quarters is how we make lake life affordable.
Full kitchen w/induction stove. Laundry is in the 2nd bedroom which is more of a flex space for an office, smaller "narrow twin" bed (30"x75"), or kid's play room. The fireplace for looks only, there is a fire pit w/ Adirondack chairs by the lake to enjoy. A caretaker lives on site to help with any needs.
