This island paradise is a true escape with its white sand beaches and secluded location in the center of Moloa'a Bay in Anahola, Hawaii. The bay is situated on the northeast shore of the island of Kauaʻi. Moloa'a Bay is 0.44 miles long and its name means "matted roots" in the Hawaiian language. The beach in Moloa'a was made famous when the TV show Gilligan’s Island filmed its pilot and first episode there over four days in November 1963.

Moloa'a Beach is centered between Anahola and Larsen's beaches. Larsen's Beach is a hidden gem only accessible via a mile long trail snaking through coastal forest and ending at this oceanfront paradise. Anahola Beach Park is a protected swimming cove and an ideal snorkeling location. Napali Coast is a 17 miles stretch of sheer beauty defined by emerald-hued cliffs with razor-sharp ridges towering above the Pacific Ocean. The infamous Hanalei Dolphin Restaurant is 13 miles away and is known for serving the best seafood since 1970's. The towns of Princeville, Kilauea, and Kapaa are all about a 10-15 minute drive away.
