Stylish Cottage Rental with Multiple Decks on Beals Island near Jonesport
This cottage rental near Jonesport was built in the 1890s but has recently been renovated to reflect the nostalgia of mid-century Maine. With two decks, guests can relax with a drink in their hand and watch the lobster boats sail along the waters. The two decks provide panoramic views of the sublime marine and are a perfect spot for meditation and yoga under the morning sunset or the evenings' shimmering moon.
There are three bedrooms and one bathroom and the cottage can accommodate six guests altogether. There is one double bed and one queen-size bed. The interior is chic and modern, with touches of maritime decor. Downstairs, there’s a living room with a plush sofa and a kitchen with an electric cooker and an eccentric remodeled workbench. The bathroom, like the rest of the house, is modern, and the sink is made from a converted boathouse icebox. A complimentary bottle of wine is also awaiting the guest's arrival.
