Authentic Tipi Set in the Stunning Woodland of the White Mountain National Forest, New Hampshire
*Highly secluded* off-grid Tipi perfect for reconnecting with the natural world. This is an authentic tipi made by Nomadic Tipi on top of a wooden deck with a wood burning stove inside. It also has a large outside space with a private fire pit for hanging out under the stars (Wood available for $5.00 per bundle). Can house up to 2 people and has one air mattress. Access to multi use trails and streams cross all over the property.
Located on Toad Hill, a remote 45 acre property surrounded by pristine forest in the heart of The White Mountains. There is lots to do and see in the area. Hike, bike, snowmobile or ski from the door to waterfalls, ponds, or just around the property in search of birds and wildlife. Take a day trip to Province or Mountain Pond for both swimming and fly fishing. Toad hill also host a summer music festival and has beautiful sculptures around the property. Perfect for people trying to get away from life and into nature!
Please note that there is no running water and limited solar power electricity in this accommodation. Bring a few items including sleeping bags or sheets, pillowcases, and blankets as well as food and utensils, cookware, flashlights, and water or a water purifier. The host asks that guests practice "leave no trace ethics" during their visit. There is an outhouse located near the barn. In the winter car access is limited and guest will have to hike to their accommodations.

-Guests have access to the surrounding trails and are welcome to explore this property while respecting other campers’ privacy.
-Please respect the natural environment and follow Leave No Trace principles. Do not feed wild life, do not cut live trees.
-Food must be stored safely. Inside a vehicle is best practice.
-We do not charge a cleaning fee. Guests are expected to tidy up after themselves, sweep, and leave the unit clean prior to departure. (An additional fee applies for un clean units)

-The barn and certain storage areas are off limits.
-No candles, open flames, smoking/incense in the units.

-You only have access to the unit you've rented and outhouse
