This unique property is located on a farm nestled in the northwest corner of Rhode Island, adjacent to the George Washington Management Area, in the cozy village of Pascoag. The babbling Leland Brook runs behind the farm and helps to create a peaceful and nature-filled experience for guests, while the Edward D. Vock Conservation Area is just a few minutes north of the property. Casimir Pulaski Memorial State Park is within walking distance of the property, as is Feinberg Field. To the south of the property, guests will find Sprague Farm Town Forest, while to the north-west in Connecticut, there is the Quaddick State Forest. Just a short drive away, guests will find the Purple Cat Vineyard and Winery near the town of Glocester.

There are an array of activities guests can enjoy near and on this property, starting with exploring the surrounding area, from hiking trails to enjoying the babbling brook. Guests can go horseback-riding around the quiet surroundings, or guests could visit the nearby Purple Cat Vineyard and Winery for some wine-tasting and a tour of the area. Horseback riders can enjoy over six hours of riding on wide, mostly sandy trails that connect to Connecticut and Massachusetts. Trails wind through a covered bridge, hemlock grove, and pass picturesque lakes and streams. Guests can ride alone on the well-marked trails, or join a guide.

Quaddick State Forest is nearby and is a wonderful spot to enjoy the lush, nature-filled landscapes and go hiking or biking. Similarly, the Edward D. Vock Conservation Area is a wonderful spot for explorers to visit.

Guests bring their own horses and have them stay in the airy and comfortable stalls on the property.

Smoking is not permitted.

Pets are allowed.

Food is not allowed to be brought onto the property. Guests must eat lunch and dinner off of the property but are provided with breakfast.

People need to advise if they are bringing children or pets. If they are bringing pets, they have to agree that they will not go on the beds or furniture. It is recommended to bring a dog bed. Nightly rates per child: $50.

Nightly rates are per person. For adults, if there is only one adult it is $100/night.

There is a large dog pen outside as well.

The Farmstay includes all three meals and activities. This is for guests who plan to spend their day on the farm and enjoy activities such as a visit with the animals, (go to the petting zoo) stroll in the park, take part in educational activities for children and learn about colonial history.
