This cozy converted barn in Three Rivers, California, is located on a private wilderness river ranch that spans 270 acres, and the barn has been completely renovated for 2017. This accommodation is great for family reunions, yoga and corporate retreats, weddings, and friends getting together, and it's only four miles to the southern gate of Sequoia National Park, where guests will find wonderful hiking trails, high mountain meadows, and giant groves of Sequoia trees.

There are approximately 1,800 feet of riverfront with many great boulders to lay on after a nice refreshing swim in one of the several massive swimming holes, where guests can take an exhilarating dip in total seclusion with a valley of mountains surrounding them.

The California barn's property is located at the river's edge and can accommodate up to 16 guests. (For additional guests or campers, there is a $25 per guest/per night fee.) It includes an upper self-contained unit consisting of one king-size bed and one full bathroom, a children's nook with a full bed (this children’s nook is a miniature room with its own door), a kitchen, a family room with a couch, a flat-screen with DirecTV, as well as additional seating, a table, and a bar area. Outside the upper unit, there is a large deck overlooking the South Kaweah River.

The lower/ground floor of the Barn has five sleeping areas: three bedrooms with queen-size beds as well as one bunk bed room with a full mattress on top and a queen-size mattress on the bottom. All of these rooms have doors. There is also a den connected to the living room (living room has three large couches) that has a fold-out queen bed. This den area is not separated by a doorway but instead by curtains (for privacy and blackout) and connects to the living room through an alcove. Downstairs, there are two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a game room with a pool and card tables, and a flat-screen with DirecTV and a DVD player.

Outside, there is a large patio with an extra-long bench seating/eating area with huge eight-foot custom barbecue. The barbecue has cooked for 100 guests! The rate for the barn includes a 10% occupancy tax (required by the state) and $350 cleaning fee. This rental has a two-day minimum.

This is a working ranch with cattle, donkeys, ranch dogs, peacocks and chickens (feel free to gather fresh eggs from the chicken coop!). The property does have an occasional bear and deer wandering through as well as foxes, raccoons, and birds galore!

This glamping property is located on a 270-acre private wilderness river ranch with a premiere swimming hole. There are 1,800 feet of riverfront property with giant boulders that are ideal for drying off or sunning oneself after a dip in the swimming hole. In addition, there is a hiking, jogging, and walking trail that runs the perimeter of the entire property, making a loop to exercise on while glamping.

Three Rivers is a town in Central California, located at the meeting point of the North, Middle, and South Forks of the Kaweah River, which flows through the Sierra Nevada mountain range and Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The gigantic Sequoia trees are perhaps the area's defining feature and glampers should definitely leave time to explore the Sequoia National Park and bask in its beauty accordingly. Tokopah Falls is another must-see and guests should also organize a tour to go whitewater rafting down the Kaweah River or get adventurous and explore the Crystal Caves.

It's not even an hour and 30 minutes from the glamping site and will give guests access to Yosemite National Park, the Forestiere Underground Gardens, the Shizen Japanese Garden, Woodward Park, China Peak, the Fresno Metropolitan Museum of Art and Science, and the Kearney Mansion Museum.
