TRANSIT
Parking is simple and stress-free with a 2-car garage (garage door openers provided) and a flat driveway, which is especially convenient in snowy weather. For local transportation, Truckee offers the free TART Connect point-to-point shuttle, plus a bus stop just a few blocks away with routes to downtown and local ski resorts. The Amtrak station is less than 2 miles away, and there are also electric bike stations nearby, including one at The Rock shopping center by 50/50 Brewery. Whether you’re heading to the slopes, lakes, or downtown, getting around from this home is easy and convenient.

NOTES
- Registered with the town of Truckee in compliance with local regulations
- We do not offer ski leases for the winter season
- Flat roads and a plowed driveway improve access in snowy conditions, but winter weather can still be challenging. Check conditions and consider AWD/4WD or chains
- Family-owned and loved, we use the home regularly and take pride in keeping it well-maintained.

ADDITIONAL RULES
- Maximum of 8 guests: 6 adults and 2 children
- All trash must go in the bear box and not be left on the driveway/street
- All cars must be parked in the driveway or garage, not on the street.
- Town-wide quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM
- Propane grill must be 10 feet away from the house or anything combustible
- No special events (parties, weddings, etc...)
-Late Check-Out Policy: Please note that the standard check-out time is 10 AM. If guests fail to check out by the designated time, a late check-out fee of $100 will be applied. Guests may request a late check-out in advance for an additional fee, which is subject to availability. We will review the request and let you know whether it is approved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
-Parking Policy:
Vehicles parked on the property must be in good condition and free of oil leaks. If a vehicle is found to be dripping oil on the property, a cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of removing stains and restoring the area. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space

My House Rules:
- Security cameras monitor the front porch/entryway, back porch, and the garage.
- No smoking anywhere on premise.
