MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 3. The Community charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.

We do not utilize third party cleaning companies. We use CDC housekeeping protocols, approved disinfectants and personal protection equipment.
