It features wonderful decks and screened and open porches TVs Internet book/video library elevator gas log fireplace garage gas grill outside shower. This house is dog-friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $350 and you must inform the rental office if you are bringing your pet! Please adhere to the no-smoking policy set forth by the owner.

MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6. It charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Social Membership. In order to access the benefits of this membership, it is necessary to purchase a temporary club membership. This will give you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day plus a $20 activation fee. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees.
