Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, with a tranquil creek at the back of the house, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 8. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM

RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in the community.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and a champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees, like green fees.
