Relax with your family at this charming waterfront cottage on beautiful Island! This family-friendly bayfront cottage is recently renovated, charming, and comfortable. It is located near the north end of the island.

There are two bedrooms, each with its own TV. This home overlooks the bay and has a private dock for the ultimate in convenience! Unloading groceries and luggage is simple and uncomplicated, and you can fish right off your own private dock.

There are two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower downstairs on the landing. (The outdoor shower is not enclosed.) The open plan living area has a comfortable seating area and a flat screen TV, a large dining island, and a spacious kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Please note there is no dishwasher. There is also a private open-air porch on the west side of the house, which is accessed by the master bedroom. You’ll find a full-size washer and dryer in the kitchen area. An open porch with comfortable seating on the front of the house overlooks the water, so it is easy to keep an eye on your boat and enjoy the sights and sounds of the bay. You might spot a friendly manatee, a playful dolphin, or rare white pelicans right off the home’s private dock.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. It also offers sliding glass doors to a spacious back porch for private sunbathing, reading, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing in the sun.

The dock is just a few short steps away and is perfect for fishing or docking your rental boat. (Boats in excess of 24 ft are not recommended.) Little Gasparilla’s beautiful private beach is a five-minute walk.

There is a water taxi service to get you to the island. It runs every day between 8 and 5 pm. It will run outside these hours with a special reservation. On the island, visitors either rent a golf cart to explore the island or just walk up and down the beach and the island's pathways.

-Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. must be removed from the beach at night during turtle nesting season.

-Early check-ins or late check-outs are not permitted without prior approval, and early arrival or late departure may result in an additional $150 fee.

-I UNDERSTAND THIS HOME IS ON AN ISLAND WITH NO CAR ACCESS AND THAT I CAN NOT CHECK IN WITHOUT RETURNING A SIGNED CONTRACT.

- Pets are welcome with the payment of a $100 pet fee (per pet); pets must be current on their vaccinations and must be on preventative flea and tick control. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Please rinse sand off your pet before allowing him/her back into the house, and police the yard and beach of pet waste.

The following breeds are NOT permitted: Akita, American Bulldog, Beaucerons, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Danes, Keeshounds, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, or Rottweilers. This home allows one pet 35 lbs or less, and pets must be crated if left alone in the house.

- Each booking guest agrees to provide a list of all occupants and other contact info, and agrees not to exceed the number of occupants listed on the booking request submitted.

-Prior to departure, you are required to wash your dishes and launder any beach towels you have used. Laundry facilities are provided.

-No smoking anywhere on the property.

-No parties allowed; only the people in the reservation may be at the house without prior permission. You will be required to sign our rental contract listing these terms.

-At least two members of your group must be age 25 or older.

- Neither the property owner nor the rental manager is responsible for any inability to occupy the premises due to acts of God, including but not limited to hurricanes, windstorms, floods, or red tide. No refunds are issued for early departure or unused days. Any request to reschedule reservation dates is subject to approval of the property owner and, if approved, requires the tenant to pay a $200 non-refundable rescheduling fee. The rescheduling credit has no cash value, and no refunds will be issued if the tenant decides to cancel their rescheduled dates.
