The grounds are a highlight of the experience and designed for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment:

While your unit is private, the outdoor grounds may occasionally be shared with guests from a neighboring property on the same land. The space is large, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably.

Pet Friendly: We welcome well-behaved pets so they can enjoy the retreat with you.
Fee: $75 per pet per stay the booking site does not collect this fee. You can leave it on the table at check out.

Guest access
Guest have access to the home, and the features located on the grounds... river access, hammocks, decks, seating areas and chairs.

Other things to note
The occupancy listed is the max occupancy this property can accommodate. If you intend to host any event, celebration or other function, you will need to disclose this to us in advance and obtain approval, including an agreement to all additional fees and terms.

We strongly advise trip insurance to cover your booking and will provide any documentation you may need to facilitate your claim. Our cancelation policy will be adhered to at all times during your reservation. We do not refund reservations outside of our cancelation policy.

If you do cancel outside of our policy, we will do our best to rebook the property and will send you any funds we collect to offset your losses less a 20% rebooking fee. These funds may be less than you originally paid.

Your driveway parking is limited to 2 cars parked in front of the garage.
