Spend the day on the water and evenings on the top deck, soaking in the views of Canyon Lake and let your cares melt away!

Enter the foyer on the ground level and to your left is the 3rd bedroom with a queen over queen loft style bunk with Smart TV. Guest bathroom is convenient to this 1st floor bedroom with a shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer on the first floor as well.

On the second floor you will find a coffee bar, sink and mini fridge. Master bedroom boasts a king bed with a smart TV and private bathroom with deep soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom is also on the 2nd floor and has a queen bed, smart Tv and private bathroom with walk in shower. Both bedrooms have access to a lovely, covered deck with comfy seating and amazing views.

On the 3rd floor you will find the open living room/dining and kitchen. Big windows let in lots of natural light. Fully stocked kitchen with both standard drip and Keurig coffee maker, all the comforts of home. Dining table has 2 bench seats and 2 end chairs. 3 barstools at the kitchen island. Gather in the living room and relax on the comfy sofa. Smart Tv and Wi-Fi. There is a half bath on the 3rd floor as well as a covered porch with a propane grill with convenient proximity to the kitchen. Step out onto the front covered deck and soak in the views of Canyon Lake.

With boat ramp 5 only 1 ½ mile away, it's easy to get the jet skis and boat out on the water for an afternoon of fun and relaxation with your family and friends. After your day on the water come home to spend the evening entertaining on the spacious decks. Take your morning coffee on the deck and watch the neighborhood wildlife - deer, birds, and foxes, visiting the feeders or looking for handouts.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. NO PARTIES NO SMOKING NO PETS.

This is the perfect vacation home! Great for family get-togethers in a residential neighborhood with quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 am. Parking for 5 vehicles. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
