Please do not touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wifi, this is for your own protection.• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.• Hot Tub: The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol and glassware are NOT allowed near the hot tub. Please do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! You can refer to the digital manual on how to use the hot tub.• Outdoor Grill: A large park-style charcoal grill is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please clean out the grill after every use.• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.• Critters: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property.• Pet Friendly: 2 dogs allowed per reservation, flat fee of $175 per pet- a payment request will be sent out after booking is completedPlease message us if you decide to bring a pet after the reservation has been made & we will send over a payment requestPlease note if pets are not disclosed before check-in, a charge of $400 per pet will be charged to unauthorized pets.• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Please be mindful of guests there.• Split AC & Heating unit.• This is a nearly century-old house- some floors do creak & the second bathroom is tiny.• Located on a corner lot, across from a veterinary clinic so noises may be heard inside the house i.e car, traffic, animals, etc• All amenities including outdoor furniture, grill, wifi, hot tub, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. If the hot tub is under repair, we will immediately notify you and offer alternative accommodation or cancellation options. If an amenity or feature stops working during your stay but was reported working by our maintenance crew, we will attempt to repair the item but cannot guarantee the repair and no Airbnb refund will be made.• We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay.
