There are four bedrooms and two upstairs lofts, and there are also extra beds for the additional guests. All four bedrooms feature queen-size beds and the lofts are equipped with four twin/single beds in each. There are two bathrooms in total which include a sink, toilet, and a combination tub/shower.
The laundry room is in a separate building but has two washers and two dryers.
The cabin has a living area with soft seating and a television, and there is also a dining area with seating for up to 10 guests. The kitchen comes equipped with a coffeemaker, icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, pantry items, refrigerator, stove, toaster, dishes, and utensils. Holiday rates are $600 per night with a minimum of three nights, including Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Every rental amount is based on 8 persons. Add $25 per person per day extra for every person over 16 people. There are beds for 16 people, but max capacity is 20. Guests must bring their own sleeping bags for guests without beds.
