Nestled in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, this charming rental near Wimberley in Hays County is on a quiet, wooded road, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Wimberley itself has lots of areas of natural beauty, such as Blue Hole Regional Park, and in the nearby Woodcreek, there is the stunning Jacob's Well Natural Area. The rental is perfectly situated for guests to enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities and ideally placed for wine lovers, with no less than a dozen wonderful vineyards and wineries to enjoy in the local area. The rental is less than 30 minutes drive from Canyon Lake and the adjoining Canyon Park, and despite the quiet, leafy location of the rental, guests can easily reach the city of San Marcos, which is about 20 minutes away from Wimberley. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the nearest international airport, and it is roughly 45 miles away from the rental.

Guests do not have to venture far to enjoy some stunning natural beauty and great outdoor activities. Blue Hole Regional Park is a lovely area for guests to explore walking trails, filled with wildflowers, and in the summer, it is an idyllic spot to enjoy swimming. During a hot, Texan summer, guests can also head over to Jacob's Well Natural Area, where they can enjoy cooling off in the clear water there. Guests can also swim in Jacob's Well itself. Canyon Lake offers a wide range of watersports to guests. From boating, kayaking, and canoeing to fishing, there is plenty to keep everyone happy at this beautiful spot. Guests can even enjoy parasailing, paragliding, water skiing, and jet skiing here. For some other adrenaline-pumping activities, just outside of Wimberley, there is Wimberley Zipline Adventures. Around both Canyon Lake, and Hays County, there are various hiking trails, and great spots for some biking as well. With so many vineyards and wineries close by, guests can enjoy a tour of some of the state's finest vineyards followed by a tasting at the winery. Woodcreek has a golf course for glampers looking to work on their handicap.
