SPACE
Situated in a small clearing within Françoise and Frédéric’s equine therapy (zootherapy) center, your hosts, the tiny house offers all the amenities within 5 square meters, perfectly optimized across two living levels:
On the 1st level:
Living/relaxation/dining area with table, stools, dishes, small sink, cooler, gas stove (for warming food only, not for full cooking), cushions
Heating via gas stove
Ecological toilet (composting toilet)
Drinking water via an 8-liter water fountain
On the 2nd level (access via a small ladder):
Sleeping area: double bed 140x190 cm (2 adults) with panoramic windows offering views of nature
Fans for cooling (no air conditioning)
Bed made upon arrival
Outside:
Elevated terrace surrounding the lodging
Outdoor furniture: table & chairs (except during winter)
Private outdoor summer shower with hot water. The outdoor shower is available only during the warmer season, approximately from April 15 to October 15 (dates may vary depending on the weather)

Current shower status: OPEN
When the shower is closed, a small indoor sink allows for brief washing with provided gloves, soap, and cold water. Eco-friendly shower gel and towels are provided.

Food options (extra cost): Your hosts offer an appetizer board with local charcuterie and cheese (€15 per person). Available from Thursday evening to Sunday evening only, reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
The tiny house is located in nature and fully autonomous. Electricity is supplied by solar panels, and heating runs on gas. You’ll have all the usual comforts, but the idea of alternative housing is also to raise awareness of environmental impact!
Therefore, a few rules must be followed during your stay:
Only phones and laptops may be plugged in. Do not connect any other electrical devices, or the solar system may be damaged. Devices like hair dryers, curling irons, or raclette machines are not allowed.
High fire risk: Smoking is strictly prohibited in or around the tiny house, and no open flames are allowed (no barbecue).
Wastewater is filtered by plants: only use the 100% natural products provided.
Pets are not allowed in the home.

ACCESS
Arrival from 5:00 PM. Early arrival may be arranged with hosts depending on availability.
Departure before 10:00 AM
Key box available for late arrivals
Free parking is approximately 100 meters from the tiny house, at the entrance of the meadow. Access to the tiny house requires walking through the meadow. Bring suitable shoes, especially in wet weather.

NOTES
The tiny house is set in a small clearing on the equine therapy center of Françoise and Frédéric. Depending on the season, horses may be your neighbors just a few meters from the lodging. A barrier separates you from these peaceful animals.
Cleaning is included in the price of the stay.
No Wi-Fi in the lodging.
Due to its unique layout and access path, the lodging is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
For your information: this lodging is unique in Europe, protected under intellectual property laws, and is subject to multiple design registrations. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Here are the house rules for your stay:
Do not operate the gas stove for more than 1 hour at a time and turn it off at night by closing the gas bottle (turn the valve completely). The stove’s gas bottle must also be closed after each use.
Do not handle gas bottles (except to close the valve at night) or tamper with detectors.
Gas smell: Danger! If you smell gas, open windows, do not light any flame, and leave the place. Contact your hosts immediately.
High fire risk: strictly prohibited to smoke in the home or surrounding areas. No open flames (barbecue, candles, etc.).
Only plug in PCs, phones, or devices provided. Do not plug in other appliances, or you may lose electricity. Do not tamper with electrical systems.
Keep indoor temperature above 10°C to prevent freezing.
Do not drink tap or shower water (non-potable). Hosts provide a drinking water fountain at arrival. Request more if needed.
If the shower runs out of water, close all taps and inform your hosts immediately, even late at night, to prevent pump damage. If they cannot be reached, do not use the shower until the issue is resolved.

These rules must be respected and are your personal responsibility during your stay. We are not responsible for incidents resulting from non-compliance. An English version is available on request and will be included in the shared folder provided before your arrival.
