Nestled in the heart of Var, your tiny house is set amidst nature, between vineyards and wooded hills. Enjoy an authentic setting to recharge, less than 20 minutes from the Abbey of Thoronet and under 40 minutes from the hilltop villages of Cotignac, Lorgues, or Tourtour. The beaches of Lavandou and the Mediterranean await you in less than an hour!

SPACE
Located on the property of Vincente and Jean-Marc, your hosts, the tiny house offers all the amenities in 14 square meters perfectly optimized:
Sleeping area: queen-size bed 160x200 cm (2 adults) and a convertible bench (1 additional adult, extra bed)
Kitchen area: refrigerator, gas stove, sink, utensils, dishes, and condiments
Dining area: high table with stools
Bathroom: sink, walk-in shower, and eco-friendly toilet (composting toilet)
Soap, towels, and bedding provided
Gas stove heating
Ceiling fan for cooling (no air conditioning)
Outdoor furniture (except in winter): table, chairs, and deck chairs (no barbecue)
Drinking water provided via a 5-liter fountain (do not drink tap water, which comes from a tank and is used for showers and dishwashing)
Cleaning included
Free parking
Your hosts provide access to their pool (by reservation):
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM–12:30 PM and 2:30 PM–6:30 PM
Weekends: subject to availability (max 1 hour)
The pool is shared with guests from their second accommodation
Dining: For an additional fee, Vincente and Jean-Marc offer a brunch delivered to your tiny house(€25 per person).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The tiny house is set in nature and fully self-sufficient: electricity comes from solar panels, the kitchen and heating run on gas, and water is stored in a tank. You have all the usual comforts, but this alternative housing concept also raises awareness about environmental impact!
Rules for your stay:
Only use the electrical appliances provided (computers, phones are allowed). Do not use personal devices such as hairdryers, straighteners, or raclette machines.
Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited due to high fire risk (no barbecues).
Wastewater is filtered by plants; only use the 100% natural products provided (shower gel, dish soap).
Pets are not allowed.

NOTES
The tiny house is on the hosts’ property, so you may encounter them during your stay.
No Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation.
Entrance is via a small staircase of 3 steps. Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PRM).

ADDITIONAL RULES
Do not operate the stove for more than 2 hours at a time; always turn off the gas bottle at night. The stove gas bottle must also be closed after each use.
Do not handle gas bottles (except the valve for nighttime shutdown) or tamper with detectors.
In case of a gas smell: Danger! Open windows, do not light flames, and leave the area. Contact hosts immediately.
Smoking and open flames strictly prohibited on the property due to high fire risk.
Only use the provided electrical appliances (PC, phones, and hosts’ appliances allowed).
Keep indoor temperature above 10°C to prevent freezing.
Do not drink tap or shower water; potable water is provided via a fountain. Request more from hosts if needed.
If tap water runs out, close all taps and inform hosts immediately. Do not use until the issue is resolved.

This house rules agreement must be followed and is your personal responsibility. We are not liable for any incidents resulting from non-compliance.
