Unique Secluded Tented Cabin Surrounded by Natural Wildlife in Portugal
This majestic campsite is unique in Vale d'Orvalho, a two hectare permaculture homestead and refuge for natural wildlife. On arrival through a small footpath you will find a 16 square meter tent with a comfortable double bed or two single beds, per request. There is a kitchenette with a camping stove for coffee and tea and solar electricity for lights and device charging.
Outside, enjoy a homemade breakfast with a view of the palaces on Sintra mountain. Take a hot shower in the wild or have a bath at night under the stars. In place of a flushing toilet you will find a dry composting toilet with sawdust.
The land is centrally located between Sintra and the beach, 10 or 15 min to most destinations, and 40 min from Lisbon.
