NOTE: The shower is open only during the warm season — approximately April 15 to October 15 (dates may vary with weather).
When the shower is closed, the indoor sink allows you to wash up briefly with a washcloth, soap, and cold water.

GOOD TO KNOW
The place is off-grid and fully self-sufficient:
Electricity is generated by solar panels
Cooking and heating use gas
Water is stored in a tank
You have all the usual comfort — but the goal of this alternative habitat is also to make you more aware of your environmental impact.
Therefore, a few rules apply during your stay:
Only phones and laptops can be plugged in; do not use any other electrical devices (hairdryer, straightener, raclette machine, etc.) as this could damage the solar system.
Because of the high fire risk, smoking and open flames (including barbecues) are strictly prohibited inside and around the area.
Wastewater is filtered by plants — please only use 100% natural products provided (soap, dishwashing liquid).
Pets are not allowed.

Key box available for late arrivals.
Free parking space near the home.

NOTES
The home is located on your hosts’ working farm, where they live and work. You may occasionally meet them during your stay.
There is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation.
Access includes a small 3-step staircase, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PMR).
Bed linen is washed but not ironed.

HOUSE RULES
Do not run the gas stove for more than 2 consecutive hours and always turn it off at night by closing the gas valve completely. Do the same with the gas stove after each use.
Do not handle the gas bottles (except to close the valve at night) and do not disconnect detectors.
Gas smell = danger!
If you smell gas, open the windows, avoid lighting any flames, leave the place immediately, and contact your hosts.
Because of the high fire risk in nature, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in or around the area, or to light any flames (barbecue, candles, etc.).
Apart from the devices provided and your phones/laptops, do not plug in other devices — it could cut the power. Do not tamper with the electrical systems.
Keep the indoor temperature above 10°C at all times to prevent freezing.
Do not drink the shower water (non-potable). A drinking water dispenser is provided — you can request more from your hosts if needed.
If water stops flowing from the taps, turn all taps off immediately and inform your hosts right away (even late at night) to prevent pump damage.
If they cannot be reached, do not use the system until the issue is resolved.

These house rules must be respected and engage your personal responsibility during the stay.
