GOOD TO KNOW:
The tiny home is set in nature and is fully self-sufficient: electricity is produced by solar panels, the kitchen and heating run on gas, and the running water is stored in a tank. You have all the usual comforts, but the idea of an alternative habitat is also to become aware of one’s environmental impact!
Therefore, a few rules apply during your stay:
Except for phones and laptops, do not plug in any electrical devices other than those provided on-site, as this could damage the solar system. You cannot use, for example, a hair dryer, straightener, or raclette machine.
Because the fire risk is very high in nature, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside or around the area, and to light any flame (no barbecue).
Wastewater is filtered by plants: you are asked to use only the 100% natural products provided (shower gel, dish soap).
Pets are not allowed in the tiny home.
ACCESS
Arrival: from 5:00 PM
Departure: before 10:00 AM
A key box is available in case of late arrival.
You have access to a free parking space near the tiny home.
NOTES
The tiny home is located on Sandrine’s farm and vineyard, where she works with her family. You may see her—and her animals—during your stay.
There is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation.
The entrance to the tiny home is not ground level; there is a small staircase of 3 steps. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
The red deer rut usually takes place from early September to mid-October.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Here is the internal house manual applicable during your stay:
1 - Do not run the gas stove heater for more than 2 consecutive hours, and turn it off at night by closing the gas bottle valve fully. The gas bottle for the cooktop must also be turned off after each use.
2 - It is forbidden to handle the gas bottles (except for turning the valve to close them at night) and forbidden to disconnect the detectors.
3 - Smell of gas: Danger! If a gas odor persists, open the windows, light no flame, and exit the place. Contact your hosts immediately.
4 - As the fire risk is extremely high in nature, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside or around the tiny home. Lighting any flame (barbecue, candles, etc.) is also forbidden.
5 - Except for laptops, phones, and devices provided on-site, do not plug in any other electrical device, or you may run out of electricity. Do not tamper with electrical systems.
6 - Ensure the indoor temperature always stays above 10°C to avoid freeze risk.
7 - Do not drink tap water or shower water (non-potable). Your hosts provide a drinking water fountain upon arrival. You may request more if needed.
8 - If no water comes from the taps, close them all. Inform your hosts immediately, even late at night, to prevent pump damage. If you cannot reach them, do not use the taps until the situation is resolved.
This internal regulation must be respected and engages your personal responsibility during the stay. We decline all responsibility in case of an incident resulting from non-compliance with this regulation.
An English version is available on request or in the shared folder that will be provided before your arrival.
