Your place is set in the heart of a wine-growing estate, in harmony with beautiful vineyards and the animals of the property. Come and enjoy a stunning natural setting to recharge between Gironde and Dordogne!

SPACE
Located in the middle of Christian’s estate dedicated to winegrowing and goji berry cultivation, the home offers every comfort within 14 perfectly optimized square meters:
Sleeping area: a queen-size bed (160x200 cm, for 2 adults) and a convertible bench (for 1 additional adult, extra bed)
Kitchenette: refrigerator, gas stove, sink, utensils, dishes, and condiments
Living & dining area: high table with stools
Bathroom: sink, walk-in shower, and ecological dry toilets
Soaps, towels, and bed linens provided
Heating via a gas stove
Ceiling fan for cooling (no air conditioning)
Outdoor furniture (except during winter): table, chairs, and deck chairs (no barbecue)
Drinking water available via a 5-liter dispenser — tap water comes from a tank and is suitable only for showers and washing dishes.

🍷 Dining & tasting (optional, by reservation at least 48 hours in advance):
Breakfast (€10 per person)
Tasting workshop of organic wines & goji berries from the estate (€5 per person)
Tasting workshop + full meal (€40 per person)
Meals and tastings take place in a dedicated room on the estate, sometimes by the fireplace in winter or on Christian’s terrace in summer.

🌞 GOOD TO KNOW
The home is located in nature and is completely self-sufficient: electricity comes from solar panels, the kitchen and heating run on gas, and water is stored in a tank.
You’ll enjoy all the usual comforts, but the idea behind this eco-friendly habitat is to raise awareness about environmental impact!
Therefore, a few rules apply during your stay:
Apart from phones and laptops, do not plug in any other electrical devices (such as hairdryers, straighteners, or raclette machines), to avoid damaging the solar system.
No smoking or open flames anywhere inside or around the place due to high fire risk (no barbecue).
Only use the 100% natural products provided (soap, dishwashing liquid), as wastewater is filtered through plants.
Pets are not allowed.

Free parking is available about 150 meters on foot from the place

NOTES
The place is located on Christian’s estate, where he works daily. You may see him — and his animals — during your stay.
Sheep and chickens roam freely around the property. Feel free to say hello or pet them, but please do not feed them.
There is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation.
Please note: the entrance is not on one level (3 small steps), so the lodging is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PMR).

HOUSE RULES
Do not operate the gas stove for more than 2 consecutive hours and always turn off the gas bottle at night (fully close the valve). The gas bottle for the cooker must also be closed after each use.
Do not handle the gas bottles (except the valve for turning them off) or disconnect any detectors.
If you smell gas: Danger! Open the windows, do not light any flames, and leave the place. Immediately contact your hosts.
Due to high fire risk, it is strictly forbidden to smoke or light any flames (barbecue, candles, etc.) inside or around the area.
Only phones, computers, and devices provided on-site may be plugged in. Do not tamper with the electrical systems.
Maintain an indoor temperature above 10°C to prevent freezing.
Do not drink tap water — it’s non-potable. Your hosts will provide a potable water dispenser upon arrival and can refill it if needed.
If no water flows from the taps, close all taps immediately and notify your hosts, even late at night, to avoid damaging the pump. If you cannot reach them, do not use the water until the issue is resolved.

This house manual must be followed and is binding during your stay. We decline all responsibility for any incident resulting from failure to comply.
