In the heart of a magnificent Provençal wine estate, your hideaway is nestled in nature, surrounded by vineyards and overlooking a beautiful pond. Come and relax in a truly Mediterranean setting. In less than 15 minutes, you can swim on the first fine-sand beaches, and in 20 minutes, wander through the charming streets of Bormes-les-Mimosas or Le Lavandou.

SPACE
Set on your hosts’ Homnest vineyard estate, the hideaway offers every comfort within 14 perfectly optimized square meters:
Sleeping area: one queen-size bed 160x200 cm (2 adults) and a convertible bench (1 additional adult, occasional bed)
Kitchen area: refrigerator, gas cooktop, sink, utensils, dishes, and condiments
Dining area with high table, stools
Bathroom: sink, walk-in shower and ecological dry toilets
Soap, towels, and bed linens provided
Heating by gas stove
Ceiling fan to cool you down (no air conditioning)
Outdoor furniture (except in winter): table, chairs & loungers (no barbecue)
Drinking water provided via a 5-liter dispenser: tap water is supplied from a tank and is only for showers and dishwashing
Cleaning included
Free parking

Food & beverage service, at extra cost and to be reserved at least 48 hours prior to arrival (subject to availability thereafter), delivered directly to your hideaway and made with local products:

GOOD TO KNOW:
The hideaway is fully off-grid in nature: electricity is produced by solar panels, the kitchen and heating run on gas, and water is stored in a tank. You’ll have every essential comfort, but part of the alternative-living concept is also about being mindful of environmental impact!
As a result, a few rules apply during your stay:
Apart from phones and laptops, please do not plug in any electrical appliances other than those provided, otherwise you may damage the solar system. Hair dryers, straighteners, raclette machines, etc., cannot be used.
Because the fire risk is very high in this natural setting, smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in and around the hideaway (no barbecue).
Wastewater is filtered by plants: you must use only the 100% natural products provided (shower gel, dish soap).
Pets are not allowed.

ACCESS
Arrival: from 4:00 PM
Departure: before 10:00 AM
Check-in procedure:
before 7:00 PM: check-in at the estate shop
after 7:00 PM and on Sundays: key lockbox
You have free parking roughly 50 meters from the hideaway.

NOTES
The hideaway is located on the wine estate, where several people work daily. You may therefore encounter staff during your stay.
There is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation.
The entrance to the hideaway is not on ground level: there are 3 small steps. The accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PRM).
The estate hosts several events throughout the year, which you may join if you wish:
Classical & jazz concerts: every Wednesday from July 2nd to August 27th, 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Electro evening on August 14th from 3:00 PM to midnight

ADDITIONAL RULES
Here are the internal rules that apply during your stay:
1 – Do not run the stove for more than 2 consecutive hours and switch it off at night by closing the gas bottle valve fully. The kitchen gas bottle must also be closed after each use.
2 – It is forbidden to handle gas bottles (except the shut-off valve at night) and forbidden to disconnect detectors.
3 – Smell gas? Danger! If a gas smell persists, open windows, do not light any flame and exit the hideaway. Contact your hosts immediately.
4 – Due to the high fire risk in nature, smoking is strictly prohibited in the hideaway and the surrounding grounds. It is also forbidden to light any flame (barbecue, candles, etc.).
5 – Apart from laptops, phones and the appliances provided, do not plug in any other devices, or you may lose electricity. Do not tamper with electrical systems.
6 – Ensure the indoor temperature always remains above 10°C to prevent freezing.
7 – Do not drink tap water (non-potable). A drinking water dispenser is provided on arrival. You may request more if needed.
8 – If tap water stops flowing, close all taps immediately. Inform your hosts right away, even late at night, to avoid pump damage. If unreachable, do not use taps until resolved.

These rules must be respected and engage your personal responsibility during the stay. We disclaims all liability in case of incident resulting from non-compliance. An English version is available upon request or in the shared folder you will receive before arrival.
