This property has 40 luxury tents. These each have views of the Maasai Mara grasslands, which can be enjoyed from private sundecks. Each tent has its own en-suite bathroom with hot showers and walk-in closets. There are fans in the rooms as well as mosquito nets. Each tent has a safety deposit box.

There is an outdoor swimming pool on site, with loungers and umbrellas around it for you to enjoy the Kenyan sun, and there is also an outdoor shower for you to wash off before returning to your tent.

There is an open-air restaurant in the main building, overlooking the dam – it can seat up to 150 guests. There is also an outdoor, wooden deck than can be used as extra seating space. All meals are set up as buffets, placed in the center of the restaurant, though there are other meal options that can be requested for an additional fee. All meals are included in the initial price. There is also a lounge bar serving beer, cocktails, liquors, soft drinks and wine. The décor is African style, so as to keep the atmosphere as traditional as possible. You will also find an ice cream parlor on site.

There are conference facilities available on site with modern technology such as an LCD projector and a good sound system. There are also business services at reception, where you can connect to the Internet. Also on site you can find a foreign exchange desk for guests, and there is a clinic and infirmary for guests as well as the staff, in case of emergencies. There are also Bush Dinners available, which are open air under the stars and with candlelight, making the experience as authentic as possible. You can also have your lunch packed as a picnic, and be led to an area considered to be safe by the guides, who will give you some information regarding the geography of the location.

Evening Entertainment: Traditional dances, tales, riddles, and cultural talks can be enjoyed around the campfire.
