Lovely Bed and Breakfast near Beaches on West Coast of South Island, New Zealand
This lovely bed and breakfast boasts the perfect location near the beach on the West Coast of South Island, New Zealand. The room can accommodate two guests and features a super king-size bed, in addition to an interior seating area and beautiful garden and native bush views. There are also French doors that open up the property's courtyard garden and veranda, as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom.
Other amenities include luxury linens and towels, electric blankets and heating, tea and coffee facilities with complimentary homemade cookies, a television, and free Wi-Fi. A continental breakfast is also included in the daily rate.
The original accommodation was built in 1857 and represented the Colonial-style architecture that was representative of New Zealand in this time period. Unfortunately, a fire destroyed the building in 1994, but a new, beautiful building—made of repurposed timber, both in the exterior and interior—was constructed in its place and highlights a similar Colonial style in homage to the original accommodation.
All guests will have access to the guest lounge, as well as the property's gardens. In addition, the property has its own vegetable garden and uses all of its own produce in the cooking offered to guests, in addition to all local meat and fish from New Zealand.
