About this place
This breathtaking Lake Hawea accommodation is the ultimate choice for South Island glamping getaways. Holidays in New Zealand here will be a truly unforgettable experience and the unique domes are nestled on a picturesque hill in their own exclusive area. The stylish rentals are architectural masterpieces that were created by world-renowned dome designers and each of them allows guests to feel closer to nature.
The South Island glamping domes have a 40 sqm interior with a 30 sqm deck where glampers can reconnect with the surrounding forest and nature while the floor-to-ceiling windows enable guests to lie beneath the stars at night. The domes have environmentally friendly heating and cooling systems as well as plenty of unique features to ensure an amazing stay in New Zealand as well as a gas fire and heat pump to stay nice and cosy. The climate control system is completed by a solar fan that lets air in and out when temperatures reach 75 F.
The living areas are delightfully decorated and were inspired by the local landscapes to create a feeling of calm, and relaxation while the luxurious super king-sized bed (which can be split into twin beds) is the ideal place to retire after a day of adventures. The sleek bathroom comes with all the essentials and there's a small kitchenette with handy essentials such as a pod coffee machine, tea, sugar, milk, a bar fridge, a dishwasher, and all crockery, plates, and glasses.

The hosts also offers a fine selection of local cuisine for guests to try while on holiday in South Island including a three-course degustation experience, inspired by local produce and paddock-to-plate cuisine. This is available at an additional cost, please consult the host upon booking request for further information.
